Adding your existing company wiki to your Knowledge Base manually can be quite a hassle. For this, we have added a Source Management feature where you can connect your knowledge sources and pull information directly to your collections.

In order to connect your current Knowledge Base and start transferring information, simply follow the steps below;

Step 1: Navigate to Your Knowledge Base

The first step is to navigate to your Knowledge Base. This can be done by logging into your account and clicking on the Knowledge Base tab.

Step 2: Go to "Source Management" Tab

Once you are on your Knowledge Base page, click on the "Source Management" tab located at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Select "Knowledge Syncs" from the Options

On the Source Management page, you will see a list of options. Select "Knowledge Syncs" from this list.

Step 4: Click on "Add Sync" for the Knowledge Base You Are Using

In the Knowledge Syncs page, you will see a list of Knowledge Bases that you can connect to. Find the Knowledge Base that you are currently using and click on the "Add Sync" button.

And that's it! Your existing company wiki is now connected to your Knowledge Base and you can start transferring information seamlessly. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
