As a knowledge base owner, you may want to control who has access to certain folders within your knowledge base. This can be done by managing audiences. Follow the steps below to learn how to manage audiences in your knowledge base.

1. Navigate to your Knowledge Base

The first step is to navigate to your knowledge base. This can be done by logging into your account and clicking on the "Knowledge Base" tab.

2. Select the Folder You'd Like to Manage the Audience For

Once you are in your knowledge base, select the folder that you would like to manage the audience for. This can be done by clicking on the folder name.

3. Click on "Manage Audiences" from the Right Top

On the top right corner of the page, you will see a button that says "Manage Audiences". Click on this button to access the audience management page.

4. Select "Create Audience" from the Menu

On the audience management page, select "Create Audience".

5. After Selecting Your Audience, Simply Click on "Save"

Next, you will need to select the audience that you want to give access to the folder. Once you have selected the audience, click on the "Save" button to save your changes.

6. Then, Select "Save and Close" to Save the Access You Have Set

Finally, to complete the process, click on the "Save and Close" button. This will save the access you have set for the selected audience.

Congratulations! You have successfully managed audiences in your knowledge base. You can repeat these steps for any other folders that you want to manage the audience for.
