If you have a file that you would like to include in your Knowledge Base, whether it's a PDF, DOC, Excel, PPT, or TXT file, you can easily upload it by following these simple steps:
1. Navigate to your Knowledge Base
Log in to your account and go to your Knowledge Base, where all your articles and content are stored.
2. Click on "New Content"
In your Knowledge Base, click on the "New Content" button. This will allow you to create a new article or upload a file.
3. Choose "Upload all your files" from the pop-up menu
A pop-up menu will appear with several options for creating content. Select "Upload all your files" from the menu.
4. Select a File to Upload
You can now select a file from your computer, such as a PDF, DOC, Excel, PPT, or TXT file, or simply drag and drop it into the designated area.
5. Click on "Upload"
After selecting your file, click on the "Upload" button to begin the uploading process.
6. Click on "Save and Close" to publish your article
Once the upload is complete, you will be taken to the article editor. Make any necessary changes or additions, then click "Save and Close" to publish your article.
