What is Snoozing a Ticket?

Snoozing a ticket allows you to set a specific date for the ticket to become active again. This means that the ticket will be temporarily removed from your inbox and will reappear on the set date. This feature ensures that you don't forget to follow up with the employee and helps you stay organized.

How to Snooze a Ticket

Once the ticket is snoozed, it will disappear from your inbox and will reappear on the set date and time. You can also view all your snoozed tickets in the "Snoozed" tab in your ticketing system.
